Conference Producer:

The Conference Producer will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing events and multifaceted projects on behalf of the company. Projects may include conferences, gala dinners, external and In-house training, corporate events and exhibitions across all industries. The Conference Producer should be an experienced project and event manager, with a keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management and multiple team coordination. A background in technical event management would be highly beneficial. The incumbent will be expected to design the whole agenda of the conference or training, including speaker and topic acquisition and contribute to the strategic development by identifying, presenting and working in support of the sales teams to generate additional follow on business from existing clients. Ideally, the candidate should be well connected within the event and conference industry with good knowledge of the local and international companies, vendors, suppliers, agents, technical service providers.

Executive-Delegate Sales:

  • Acquiring new clients & managing the account from a long term
  • To acquire new clients and ensure quality delivery standards.
  • High involvement in Research, Planning & Strategy making to ensure new client participation.
  • Should be updated with the latest technology & regular market information to ensure selling the service at the right time, as per the client pitch.
  • Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability.
  • To provide timely feedback to the internal Team and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, estimate, etc.
  • To coordinate with all the departments and ensure execution on all fronts from pre-to post events.

Executive-Sponsorship Sales:

Work to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target audience/prospects for your products Conduct relevant market research and analysis to identify key trends in business sectors advertising and marketing strategies and provide a solution to those strategy needs to sell sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to both new and existing clients of the company, Contributing to Strategy and Meeting Business Objectives, Contributing expertise and vision to marketing and development meetings. Share sales and sponsorship knowledge and expertise to inform marketing strategy Focus on business development analysis and evaluation to play a pivotal role in business planning.
